Hello all,

Our town has accepted the local option to extend the exemption application due date, but this does not seem to address the CPA Surcharge exemption. I have reached out to the DLS's Covid-19 email, but have not heard back. For those towns with CPA, are you still accepting these applications?

Thank,
Kristin

Hi all, I'm not sure if anyone else had the same question, but I finally was able to connect with the DLS.....their interpretation,, despite the wording, is that if your town has accepted the local option to extend exemption guidelines, then this also applies to CPA exemptions.
