<description><![CDATA[Just curious what towns may be doing to promote receiving forms of list electronically rather than having paper forms mailed in.  This year I included a note with every form mailed out asking that they be returned by e-mail, and very few were (though over 1/3 provided an e-mail address on their return, which makes me wonder!).]]></description>
