<title>Veterans 22 E Exemption</title>

The 22E is 100% and $1,000.  However, where can I find that, if the veteran is still working, their payment is at the 10% level?

<description><![CDATA[There is no such rule, at least not anymore. The only qualification to receive the full 100% is that they supply the VA letter each year.   We actually had 2 applicants downgraded from 100% for FY23.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Hi, Victor!<br /><br />If the veteran has 100% total disability, they do not need to prove that they are also unable to work, as I understand it. There are instances were the vet has a less than 100% rating but because of their inability to work, they are entitled to the 100% status.  The bulletin J.
